This blog, however, is primarily personal. The main theme of the blog focus on “leadership”, not the concept of it but true leadership in action. I strongly believe that if we are to lead well, we must be thoughtful and purposeful about it. Much of the posts are from books that have inspired me or articles that I’ve gathered throughout the years and that have challenged my thinking, or influenced in my journey.
I love a good book and I also love to write but most of my scribbles are tucked away in my many journals. I also love to share the many resources I come accross and other new things I am learning. This blog is also home from thoughts on publishing, social media, and occasional general stuff which doesn’t necessarily are attached to any particular category.
